UI/UX Engineer, Front End

We are looking for a talented designer who exhibits user empathy, big picture focus; and has mature design craftsmanship and problem-solving skills, who will work collaboratively with UX researchers, product managers and engineers while driving design from concept to final implementation

Experience: 2+ years with Any graduation.

Location: Onsite/Remote

Responsibilities:

• Help conceptualize end-to-end UI/UX strategies and roadmaps
• Develop UX concepts, such as wireframes, sitemaps, mock-ups, storyboards, and visual & graphic designs
• Design UI tools and elements like navigation menus, tabs, widgets, search boxes, etc.
• Test for intuitiveness, responsiveness, and overall user experience
• Analyze and monitor data to determine how well UI/UX works; pinpoint design problems and devise elegant solutions
• Collaborate with content, product design, and other teams to deliver a holistic product

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, Sketch or Figma
• Experience in React Native or ReactJS or Angular or flutter
• Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and creative processes
• Be passionate about finding solutions to user pain points with great design
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Working knowledge of fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript languages
• Prior work experience at a remote-first or remote-friendly company
• Experience working with a technical firm
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
